Altered or Modified: Any products that have been altered, modified, or tampered with are ineligible for return.
Improper Installation Damages: Any damage resulting from improper installation or incorrect handling by the customer is not covered by the return policy.
Please note that before initiating a return, customers should contact TeslaCoolGoods.com customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number assists in processing returns and ensures that you receive your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected to confirm that it meets our return criteria.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using traceable shipping methods to ensure the safe return of products. Please pack the products properly to avoid damage in transit.
Return or Exchange
After receiving the returned products and verifying their condition, we will process a refund or exchange according to your preference. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at purchase. The exchange will be subject to availability. We will offer an alternative or refund if the required products are unavailable.
Refund Arrive
If you have returned a product, we will refund you after checking and confirming that it is correct; the refund is usually 1-2 business days back to your payment account, depending on the payment method you used when placing the order. If the refund is not received after the deadline, please contact us.
Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.

Order Cancellation
The order enters the shipping process immediately after it is placed. Customers can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it. Cancellations beyond this time range are not supported. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed using the original payment method within 2 business days.
